Troxell 3-3/8" Drain Extender

The Troxell 3-3/8" drain extender raises an existing shower or floor drain to meet the new finished floor height after you build up the assembly with backer board, waterproofing, and tile. It threads onto the existing drain so the grate finishes flush with the tile instead of sitting recessed.

A small part that solves a common remodel problem — when a new tile floor sits higher than the old one, the extender brings the drain up to match. Essential hardware for shower and wet-area rebuilds.
