MP90 Solvent-Based Penetrating Sealer

MP90 is a solvent-based penetrating sealer that drives deep into stone, tile, and grout to guard against stains and moisture from within, without building a film or changing the surface finish. It's the protective step for dense and natural stone once the install is set and cured.

Solvent-based sealers carry into tight, low-porosity surfaces where water-based products can struggle, which is why pros keep one on hand for harder stone and demanding installs. Apply it to clean, dry surfaces and wipe off the excess before it flashes.

Sealing is what keeps stone and grout looking new instead of blotchy. Tile Outlets stocks MP90 for the final, protective step of the job.
